How can I not get angry?
Anger destroys everything. Nonetheless, it seems to be something fairly common with modern day life. Anger not only destroys our inner peace and harmonious relationships with others, its effects are so harmful that it can cause adverse irrevocable results.
If anger is so damaging, then why do we still let ourselves get angry? Let’s look into how Buddha’s teachings can help us identify the causes of our anger so that we can be rid of its control over us.
Does practise patience mean do nothing?
The practice of patience is not only a philosophy of life, Buddha also taught that it is a virtuous action. However, because we fail to understand the meaning of being patience, very often we feel that we are simply being submissive or passive.
During these open classes, Gen Yangdak will explain and present to us a new perspective of the functions and benefits of practising patience. So, we can easily implement and integrate this practice into our daily lives in a meaningful way
